Description

A passersby on horseback found the decedent south of a small lagoon and approximately 1/8 mile north of the north property line of the Border Field State Park which is about. 9 mile northwest of Monument Road in Imperial Beach. They notified US Border Patrol agent who confirmed the death and notified the Imperial Beach Police Department.
