Description

The decedent was found in the water near the eastern shore of Lake Michigan in Muskegon County. The decedent was fully clothed upon discovery. The body was in a state of decomposition and the pathologist estimated the postmortem interval was approximately one (1) month. Date of discovery was 11/10/1999. The decedent was never identified.
