Description

On January 1, 1993, fire department personnel responded to an abandoned buidling and extinguished a fire. After the fire was extinguished the decedent's remains were found burned and charred. The apartment was abandoned, but according to neighbors, a homeless man known as "Johnny Young" lived there. The identity was never confirmed.
