Description

Unidentified male was admitted to CMC on 9/25/92 and died in the hospital on 9/26/92. He had been hitchhiking and was picked up near Binghampton, NY from a bar called "Davy's Last Chance" (Chenango Falls, NY). Unidentified male was admitted under the name "Albert Crazy Buffalo" and reported his date of birth as 1/16/37. He also listed his address as PO Box 546, Mission, South Dakota and may have been born there as well. This individual remains unidentified, but has several known or reported aliases: Edward Danforth, Edward Sampson, William Sampson, Al White, Edward Simpson, James Badhorse, Broken Leg, Bear Doctor, and Menny Kills. He had very few personal belongings with him, but carried cards in his wallet for the following: - United Health Services Hospitals business card (Johnson City, NY) - UHSH VIP (very important patient) insurance (?) card - Asylum Studios business card (no address, phone number appears to be NY but no business found at this number)
