Description

An approximately 16-17 week old fetus recovered from a drainpipe at 812 E. Russell Street in Philadelphia, Fetus recovered by a plumbing trying to unclog drain. Residents of the house are an elderly couple who had been living there for six weeks. Multiple family members were interviewed by police with no further information offered.
