Description
On 03/20/1994 @ 0310 hours the CA Highway Patrol received a call of a nude male in the roadway. At 0314 hours a call came in of a man down on the freeway. Decedent was apparently trying to cross the freeway and was struck by an unknown vehicle. Hit and run, N/B Interstate 5 @ Los Feliz Blvd. in Los Angeles.
