Description
Skeletal remains discovered in a wooded area near railroad tracks by 3200 Harrison Pike, Chattanooga TN 37406. Remains discovered by a passerby lying supine amongst remnants of a couch and garbage. Preliminary evaluation suggests the Deceased may be an older black male, based on bone structure, advanced osteoarthritis and the hair located with the body.
