Description

Along I85, Jackson Co. Police made a routine traffic stop. The person stopped asked authorities to relieve himself in the woods. Found remains once he jumped the guard rail. Remains of a decomposed black female, almost fully clothed. Female had been deceased for a few days to several weeks.
