The decedent was in hospice and provided the name of Edith Haberly or Edith Haber. Unable to positively identify her through fingerprints. Facility staff present at time of death and notified hospice agency. Hospice nurse responded to the scene and pronounced. Patient was in a shared room, lying supine on their hospital bed.
