Description

On 08/08/2023, an unidentified adult male was found submerged in water in flood control basin in San Bernardino. Hikers were walking in the area and saw a male face down in the water. He did not respond to their calls to him. San Bernardino Police Officers arrived and confirmed the death at 1721 hours. Animal activity was present, and the hands were missing. There was no wallet or property on the body.
