MVA that occurred on SB Interstate 5, North of Jeffrey. Rear passenger of a transport service. Driver and passenger, owners of transport service died as well. Transport Company name Pepe Transportation. Unfortunately, Pepe Transportation did not keep official records. Unable to determine a pick up location. NOK to Pepe Transportation reported transport service is out of Florida but picks up throughout the United States and Mexico. NOK spoke with driver a few hours prior to crash. They were in the Bay Area (did not specify) and did not advise family they had a customer at that time.
