Description

The decedent was a yet to be identified male of unknown ethnicity. On 2/2/2024, a homeless individual was walking along the trolley tracks along 3200 Commercial Street and found the decedent unresponsive in an encampment and called 911. San Diego Police Department Officers responded to the scene and confirmed death due to decomposition.
