Description

Per EMS report (dated 9/22/2023), they arrived on scene to find bystanders performing CPR in the back of a van. Bystanders state they were returning home from work when the decedent began to complain of SOB. Limited information due to language barrier. He was transported to the hospital where he died on 10/2/23
