Description

The unidentified male was employed in the construction business hanging drywall and had resided with a friend for five years prior to his death in the 1100 block of E. Portland St. in Phoenix, AZ 85006. He was found deceased in the front yard of his residence in the early hours of July 5, 2013. He was in the possession of a resident alien card which listed his name as Rogelio Alvarado. The ID card was later determined to be counterfeit in the Mexican and Guatemalan consulate have no one listed under that name.
