Description

On 3/8/22 at approximately 1421 hours, the Yuma County Sheriff's Office located a skull found in the remote desert area near Tacna, Arizona, south of Dateland on the west side of Mohawk Pass. The remains consisted of an intact skull. No items or belongings were located around or near the skull. Samples of the skull and teeth were retained pending DNA analysis.
