Description

On 9/1/22 at approximately 1556 hours, the Yuma County Medical Examiner's Office was advised of a human skull which was found in a box while the a new property owner was cleaning the property. The new property owner advised he had purchased the property approximately 5 years property, but not been to the property which had been abandoned for four years. The skull was located in a box at an out building on the property. The skull was recovered and transported to the Yuma County Medical Examiner's Office where bone fragment samples were retained pending possible DNA analysis.
