Description
Patient was admitted to Detroit Recieving Hospital on 2/21/92 after collapsing at the Majestic Grill Cafe resturant. He was a regular customer at that time, however management did not know his name. It is believed that he lived at the Bretton Hall Apartments (439 Henry St. ) He died after complications of surgery on 3/3/92.
