Description

The body of a stocky, reddish-brown-haired male with facial hair was found floating in the Willamette River north of the Steel Bridge on April 19, 1997. Teeth appeared to be crooked in life. Please see physical descriptors and tattoo descriptions for additional information; distinct tattoos present.
