Description

Decedent found in distress by USBP personnel and then was flown to a Tucson hospital. His fingerprints were matched to "Jony Joel Lopez" but no nationality is known. Foreign national consulates have yet to confirm name. Decedent's DNA profile matches to "Jony Joel Lopez" profile in CODIS. Additional information is being sought from arresting LEA.
