Description

On 01/26/2014 the decedent was found unresponsive at Colonel Leo H. Washington park in Los Angeles. Pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. A black duffel bag was found near his feet with clothing inside and an empty 1. 5 litre vodka bottle was also found near him.
