Description

OMI was contacted by Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch in reference to a deceased border crosser in the desert near Hwy. 9 in Santa Teresa. According to the briefing provided by a Detective and US Customs Agent Arreola the decedent was found by the helicopter crew around 0730 hrs. Law enforcement arrived on scene around 0830 hrs. The decedent was in an advanced state of decomposition.
