Description

Unidentified black female, estimated to be in her 70s, who was found unresponsive on 3/15/2024 during a welfare check. She was found in the basement of a building that she was either living in as a caretaker or squatting in. She was taken to the hospital for treatment of a hemorrhagic stroke and ultimately died on 3/21/2024. Two names associated with the decedent were Lanette Sanford and Jacqueline Luckey.
