Description

The decedent was found unresponsive on the sidewalk on the 500 block of Broad Avenue in Wilmington, CA on the afternoon of 7/10/2024. A passerby called 911 and paramedics pronounced the decedent dead at scene. He appears to be homeless/unhoused. Possible first name of "Magdaleno".
