Description

The decomposed body of a black male was found on a creek bank in Columbia, SC on the property of the South Carolina State Hospital near Colonial Drive and Harden Street Extension on May 29, 1983. It was estimated that he had been dead for 10 to 14 days. Cause and manner of death were undetermined.
