Description

On 10/03/2013 the decedent was found unresponsive in a nursing facility. He was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Apparently remained in the hospital morgue until 01/24/2014. The decedent had originally been brought to a different county hospital in April 2006 from an unknown location and he has never been positively identified. At the time of his first admission he was disorientated and unable to answer any questions about himself.
