Mature female newborn infant was found along the center stripe of County Road 14 on-half mile East of Highway 65 in Blaine, MN after apparently having been struck and probably run over by an automobile. Infant received an autopsy on 01/22/1983 and concluded the infant was probably within the first 24-48 hours of life prior to its death.
