Skeletal remains located by civilians while riding all-terrain vehicles in a remote area. Skeletal remains and clothing were scattered. A second individual was also located nearby (see NamUs case UP 12828, PCOME case ML14-00804). One of these individuals may be missing Sinaloan Jose Antonio Cabrera Vazquez.
