Description

The decedent is an unidentified White female who is believed to be between 50 and 60 years old and is of unknown residency. On the evening of 08/12/2024 a Coaster commuter train travelling northbound in the city of Carlsbad, and the engineer noted the decedent laying down in the tracks near the Carlsbad Boulevard bridge. 911 was called and paramedics responded and attempted lifesaving measures; however, the decedent could not be revived and her death was pronounced at the scene.
