Description

A citizen found human remains wrapped in a sheet, down a steep slope off of Pinehurst Road, Moraga. The Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department conducted an investigation. The decedent appears to be an Asian male, 25-35 years old, black hair, weighing 150 - 170 pounds, wearing blue trousers, belt, light colored shirt, orange socks, black shoes and red shorts. The belt had a distinctive belt buckle (right fist with Asian characters above and below the fist). The remains were badly decomposed and the right hand was missing and not recovered. The male appears to have been stabbed with an unknown object.
