Description

On 02/26/2014 @ 1120 hours the decedent was found unresponsive in an alley behind 6923 Pacific Blvd. in the city of Huntington PArk, CA. He was transported to a local hospital where he remained until his death on 03/08/2014. He has a dialysis shunt in his upper left arm.
