Description

A Richmond Police Officer was attending training in the City on Modesto, CA. on 11-17-1980. He learned the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department was in possession of a human skull that had be found at the City of Richmond Dump Site, at an unknown date and time. Stanislaus Sheriff's Department turned the skull over to the Richmond Officer and on 11-25-1980, Richmond PD reported the found skull to the Contra Costa County Coroner (Coroner Case #80-926). The skull was examined by an Forensic Anthropologist and found to be an Asian male, about 30 years old. The cause of death is unknown.
