Description

The decedent lived in a tent in an area of the city where numerous people all lived in tents. No one in the area knew who the decedents true name. They called him Luis Jimenez, but didn't know his date of birth. Through an exhaustive search of fingerprints, DMV and jail records. No positive identification was confirmed.
