Description

On 12/21/2004 a Hispanic, male subject was found in the All American Canal in Winterhaven, California. It is believed the subject drown while attemting to enter the USA illegally. The subject had several tattoos on his body such as the face of Bob Marley, "CARMEN" and "ELSA" on the chest, "ANTONY RAMIREZ" on his back, and a skull w/ a hat w/ 2 guns crossing which reseambled a Guns and Roses logo tattoo (Please refer to pictures).
