Decedent was found floating in canal. He is believed to have drowned after crossing the U. S. -Mexico Border illegally. What appear to be a Graduation ring CLASS of 80-83 "ESC. TEC. COM. PROF. ABELINO BOLLANOS" was found w/ the decedent (Please refer to images).
