On 11/13/2002 the decedent was found in the All American Canal in Calexico, California. The decedent was a Hispanic, male adult in his 30's-40's. He had a tattoo on his right upper arm of a woman's face with a snake in her hair. On the left upper arm he had several tatoos: "LUA" "ARACELY" "CFGC" (please refer to images for more details).
