Description

Unidentified white male found in a sleeping bag at a public roadside rest area off of Interstate 10 near the Crestview exit. The decedent is estimated to be between the ages 17 and 22 years old, approximate height of 5'11", and a weight of 130 pounds. The decedent had blonde, shoulder length hair. He was a smoker and was circumcised.
