Description

On 10/7/2014 @ 0930 hours the decedent was found unresponsive on a public bus bench @ Third St. & Sweetzer Avenue in Los Angeles, paramedics transported him to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead @ 1849 hours. Notes from a hospital social worker indicated that an unnamed acquaintance of the decedent knew the decedent as Philllip Gordon and that he was from Oklahoma. Upon further investigation information was found that a Phillip Wayne Gordon was born and died in 1943 in Oklahoma. The decedent may have been using the predeceased infant's information as his own when he had been arrested in the past.
