Description

Information obtained from the hospital records indicates that on 11/22/2014 @ 0850 hours the decedent found unresponsive in front of 112 W. 5th St. in Los Angeles. 9-1-1 called and he was transported to a local hospital. He was admitted into the hospital and remained there until his death on 11/27/2014, never regaining consciousness. He has a set of upper dentures and most of his lower teeth are absent/missing. May have a possible first name of "Alvin"
