Description

The decedent was seen in the area at 3:30pm and talked to a gentleman that lives at 253 N. 21st. St. The decedent asked if ok to stay on his lawn. At approx. 5:10pm, the decedent was observed by the homeowner on all fours in front of residence. The decedent was assisted to the rear of the residence were he was given some coffee and food. The decedent started declining right away and was deceased before medics could arrive.
