Description

On 02/09/2025 a fisherman at the Otay Lake Reservoir in Chula Vista located the decedent unresponsive in the water and called 911. Chula Vista Police Officers responded and confirmed the death upon contact due to obvious postmortem changes. There were no identification papers located with or near the decedent. Postmortem interval is estimated to be approximately 1-2 weeks.
