Description

Per Austin Police Department, the decedent is an unidentified male approximately 24-45 years of age of either Hispanic or Middle Eastern origin whose last known responsive date/time was unknown. On 05/01/2025 at 1237hrs a bystander was walking down the Shoal Creek Trail towards Pease Park and reportedly observed the decedent lying off the trail unresponsive. When LE and EMS arrived, the decedent was observed supine at the edge of the creek near a bridge pillion with his feet near the creek's edge. The decedent was pronounced due to obvious signs of death on 05/01/2025 at 1304hrs.
