Description
On 03/09/1974, the decedent was found unresponsive and down on the sidewalk in front of a hotel in Blythe. He was transported via ambulance to Palo Verde Hospital. He was admitted for "possible severe cerebral vascular accident. " His condition continued to decline and on 03/12/1974, his death was pronounced by hospital staff. He had no ID on his person.
