Description

The unidentified decedent was thought to be experiencing homelessness and approx. +/- 55-years-old. Last seen alive the evening of 01/17/14, gasping for air on the sidewalk where he usually sleeps. The subject refused medical attention. The next morning a neighbor found the subject unresponsive in the same position (supine, R recumbent, covered with blanket, head and right arm exposed). EMS notified - the subject was beyond resuscitation. Multiple layers of clothing. The weather was mild and dry. No evidence of trauma present.
