Description

On 05/04/2015 the decedent was brought to a hospital in Long Beach, CA after being found down at an unknown location. The decedent was believed to be homeless and staying in the Long Beach area. She was diagnosed with necrotizing fasciitis and underwent a bilateral above the knee amputation of both legs.
