Description

The decedent suffered a brain injury on an unknown date and was treated at an unknown hospital. She was transferred to a nursing home on 03/21/2007. On 07/22/2015 the decedent was transported to a local hospital from the nursing facility and remained in the hospital until her death on 07/27/2015. She may have been a victim of an auto vs. pedestrian accident in 2007 (location unknown) and she was diagnosed with traumatic brain injury.
