Description

The decedent was found unresponsive at the convalescent home where he had been staying since 11/01/2009. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The convalescent home had the decedent listed as "Robert Burch" with a DOB of 09/10/1949. However further investigation found that Robert Burch is still living. Possible identity theft.
