Description

The body of a fully dressed white male was discovered in the Chattahoochee River in Lithia Springs, Georgia. He was fully dressed wearing two pairs of pants and two jackets to include one camo-in-color. He was also wearing Converse All Star sneakers which had the shoelaces replaced with zip ties. He may have had long hair and/or substantial facial hair. He had numerous tattoos, to include the two pictured, as well as several on his back, stomach/side, chest and leg. He was missing three of his upper front teeth.
