At an intersection Temecula, the driver of vehicle #1 failed to stop at a stop sign and struck oncoming vehicle #2. Three additional deaths (including John Doe) were pronounced at local hospitals in the following days. Though three of the passengers were identified, the decedent was not. There was no description of his estimated age or clothing. The only items in his property were a Timex wristwatch without band (yellow) and $4. 15.
