A passerby walking in the area of Beaver Brook (off Beaver St) in Lowell, MA discovered a male party floating face-down in the water. The decedent was fully clothed and wearing a blue, black, and white/grey/beige zippered sweatshirt, white/grey/beige sweatpants, and white/grey ASICS Gel Kayano running shoes with black detailing. No IDs or personal effects were found.
