Description
The male decedent was last observed walking south on 45th St. in the middle of the street. The decedent was walking with his head down in an apparent stoic state. A passerby had spoken to the decedent but received no response. At approximately 4:25pm, the decedent was located deceased under a sewer pipe by some kids passing by.
